A message dated June 24, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 119(FIN)                                                    
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                   
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective
